It is amazing how easy it is to give an opinion to a bunch of idiots.
Sony has sold 4.1 million Move units. Microsoft has sold 2.5 million Kinect units. That is a gap of 1.6 million. Yet, this idiot suggests that Move is somehow underperforming Kinect, and people are buying it, hilarious.
The fact is that we don't know how many Move users have two Move units and how many have one. The odds are that the vast majority of them have only one unit. ...
The first Metal Gear games were not Metal Gear Solid; they were just called Metal Gear; and they were before the original Playstation was released.
Also, being multi-platform doesn't always double the sales. More often going from exclusive to multi-platform doesn't help the sales at all.
Enslaved would have sold better if it was PS3 exclusive. The only people who paid attention to Enslaved were people who like Heavenly Sword because it was the sam...
I co-sign what Godmars said.
The industry tries to aggressively sell us inferior products instead of offering us quality products and allowing that quality to sell itself.
But on the flip side captialism allows us to have so many games in the first place.
Disagree wholeheartedly, There is nothing wrong with camera in Black, Sigma, or Sigma 2.
If you couldn't deal with the camera it just mean that you can't play. When you really get to moving fast and engaging multiple enemies at once, you need that camera moving...fast. At the beginning I could keep up with the constantly moving camera; at the end the camera couldn't keep up with me.
Actually the first 3D Ninja Gaiden was redone 4 times.
That is probably why the hardcore love. It got 4 coats of polish, gamers saw the full realization of the original vision.
So let me get this straight....
Sony said that Sony sold 4.1 million. But Patcher said that Sony sold 2.5 million.
So I am supposed to believe that Patcher knows more about what Sony did than Sony knows about what Sony did. I do not think so.
I specialize in magic. I play 100% spell-caster. It makes you weak in the beginning, and you have to spend a ton of money on your spellbook, but you are really powerful about half-way through. The key is to develop you spell-book. You buy a lot of spells. Every time you think of a situation that you could happen you make a spell, and/or enchant some gear for that situation. That way when you encounter the situation you are prepared and can deal with it.
No Multiplayer.
In fact I am against all the changes proposed in this article. Tweaking them a little bit would not hurt but they don't require major changes.
I must co-sign. IGN does fail at reveiwing.
I noticed that. For Pete's sake, there is a GT5 tab at the top of the N4G homepage. Not an article, but a tab, as though GT5 is its own platform.
I find it hard to buy any multiplat game. The quality of exclusives is so much better this gen, the quality of PS3 exclusives is extraordinarily better.
The only ones I have so far are, FFXIII, Force Unleased I, and DMC4, all on PS3. I bought Bayonetta on 360, but I traded it for God of War 3. Bayonetta was really a 360 exclusive anyway, the PS3 version was allegedly unplayable.
@InfectedDK
Buy Valkyria Chronicles, damn the trophies.
Judalation is correct. VC is above trophies. Valkyria Chronicles is one of the best games released this generation. It is up there with MGS4, UC2, and GOW3.
I don't really play racers, but I will make a comment because this argument sounds familiar to one that I hear in my preferred genre, fighters.
This sounds like a classic depth argument. Most games have less but the bulk of the content is close to the surface and relatively imprecise. It sounds like GT5 has lots of depth and is VERY precise. Thus, it may take months with GT5 to really appreciate it.
Deep games give you options that you don't even ...
WHAT I THINK:
Sony is completely unable to keep a secret. It is most likely a western game that we already know about. Most likely the Uncharted 3: World of Deceit rumors were true and Sony is going to announce it. Or it may be Agent.
Next most likely is an official FF versus 13 reveal and an awesome new trailer, which would be the most mind-blowing thing since...errrr....the last FFv13 trailer.
I would say a Metal Gear Solid V reveal is p...
"#2 - Purchase and Turnaround a Failing Studio or Two"
"#1 - Purchase a Major Studio"
The problem is that Microsoft has been doing the exact opposite all generation. This writer basically said the Microsoft can stay at number 2 by doing a perfect 180-degree reversal of their current strategy.
MSFT has been closing the studios that they already had. Why would they buy more studios?...I mean I know why they should buy studios, bu...
My point is that the extra money that they make doesn't improve the game.
Disagree,
Big budget games like COD, make a killing. All that increased developer profit gets us are bigger marketing campaigns and more mediocre games.
It doesn't make good sense to pay either one of the two for the right to play a game that you bought, on hardware that you bought, using an internet connection that you bought.
However, if you have no choice but to pay one of them, it makes more sense to pay Activision for playing COD online than it does to pay Microsoft for playing COD online. Microsoft doesn't provide servers and at least Activision does the patches.

I like the thumbstick on every Move unit.
